The location for a spare pad was prepared then formed with 6inch by 10ft
steel forms.
Earl moved to the pad site and began the second pour. I am trying to use up the balance of the three yards here. I was very close.
The pad base is made up of 4000# concrete with fiber added. The size is
about 6ft in diameter and 6inches thick. This pad is for whatever comes to mind.
One function is as a guest pad for their telescope. I have a nice refractor telescope that can be conviently and quickly setup on the pad for a nights observeing.
